  • Bob Stiller

    ROBERT P. STILLER is an American entrepreneur who co-founded E-Z Wider in 1971 and then Green Mountain Coffee Roasters in 1981 serving as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 1981 to 2007. He was named Forbes' first "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2001 and one of Investors Business Daily's "Top 10 leaders and successful CEOs" for transforming the humble Vermont coffee roaster into one of the most financially successful companies of the past 25 years. He built GMCR into a multibillion-dollar coffee empire by embracing the idea that businesses can make the world a better place when they focus on social responsibility, prioritize employee and stakeholder engagement, and provide a great place to work. Mr. Stiller credits Appreciative Inquiry as his key management practice which transformed the potential of all GMCR stakeholders from the coffee tree to boardroom. Mr. Stiller was instrumental in the Fair Trade coffee movement and under his direction, GMCR became the largest supplier of Fair Trade coffee in the world. He continues to model a commitment to corporate responsibility and public service through the Stiller Family Foundation, a wide-ranging philanthropic venture that focuses on helping people help themselves. The Stiller Family Foundation received the 2013 Outstanding Foundation Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

  • Judy Rodgers

    JUDY RODGERS spent much of her working life in media. For over twenty years she worked with thought leaders in the fields of management and organizational science, translating their ideas to film for CBS Fox Video and VideoPublishingHouse. Subsequentlysheworkedasaprocessconsultant and coach, emphasizing the power of narrative and strength-based inquiry. In 2004 she co-founded the Center for Business as Agent of World Benefit at Case Western Reserve University. In 2007 she co-authored a book on altruism called Something Beyond Greatness: Conversations with a Man of Science and a Woman of God. She has been a student and teacher of raj yoga meditation for 27 years. Since 2006 she has lived in the Brahma Kumaris’ Peace Village Retreat Center in the Catskill Mountains north of New York City.

  • Todd Shuster

    TODD SHUSTER is the Co-CEO of Aevitas Creative Management, one of the largest independent literary agencies in the nation, and a Co-Founder of The Peace Studio. He represents numerous bestselling authors including journalist Liza Mundy, actress Grace Byers, and Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Director of the FBI. Todd has also represented major national newspapers in connection with group-reported books, including The Boston Globe on such titles as Last Lion, Whitey, and Long Mile Home and The Washington Post on the #1 New York Times bestselling The Mueller Report amongst others. As an agent, Todd has helped shepherd films to the big screen including Wild, starring Reese Witherspoon, and The Pursuit of Happyness, starring Will Smith. Todd recently served as Executive Producer of the Netflix-released feature film The Midnight Sky, directed by and starring George Clooney. Following college at Yale and law school at Northeastern University, Shuster practiced publishing and entertainment law at the law firms of Palmer & Dodge and Ropes & Gray. He co-founded the literary agency Zachary Shuster Harmsworth, which merged with Kuhn Projects to form Aevitas in 2016.
